Magnoid
Magnoid is a challenging and fun variation of the puzzle game Breakout. You have to bounce a ball to break blocks in order to gain points and advance your level. This is a casual game that can be easy to play but hard to master.
History of Magnoid
Magnoid is a variation of the popular game, Breakout, which is also one of the oldest video games still being played today. Breakout was first released on the Atari gaming system in 1976. It was created by Nolan Bushnell and Steve Bristow and was influenced by the very popular game of the time, Pong.
Breakout takes the idea of Pong, and takes it a step further, which makes the game play more changeling and therefore much more fun. How to Play Magnoid
When you start the game of Magnoid, you are given a ball that you can shoot in any way you want. The object of the game is to break the colored bricks, but especially the brick or bricks that will open a hole in the game background. Once this hole is opened, you need to aim the ball to go into the hole, which will end the level. The ball will bounce around, as it breaks bricks, but will fall back down to your pointer. You need to bounce the ball off of the pointer to keep going. If your ball falls past your pointer, the pointer disappears. You only get 3 pointers before your game ends.

Most of the bricks in Magnoid will disappear after just one hit, but some take several hits before they will disappear. There is also a gray brick that doesn't disappear, no matter how much your ball bounces on it. You will need to be on the lookout for the special brick or bricks that need to disappear in order to get the hole to end the level, as you should try and bounce the ball in that direction.
When you break some of the bricks, there will be helpers and hazards that will drop. Green icons will help you out by doing things like giving you lasers or extra balls, and red icons will make your pointer smaller among other things. You should try and catch the green icons while avoiding the red ones. This is the basic game play of Magnoid, though as the levels increase, so does the difficulty.

You need that hole to be able to finish the level. If you are playing under a time limit, getting that hole as soon as possible is important because you get a bonus at the end of every level. The more levels you clear, the more points you will get, increasing your chance of winning.
