Whose Site Is This, Anyway?
I’m the blogger, writer, webmaster, and whatever else you want to call it — Randy Ray. I’ve spent most of the last 20 years writing about casino gambling (or poker) as a career. At first, I wrote for my own sites, but as my career progressed, I started doing freelance work for multiple gambling information sites on the internet. You can Google my name plus the name of any casino game you can think of and find examples of my freelance work.
What Are ChipCage’s Goals?
My goal with ChipCage is to provide detailed, interesting gambling-related articles. If I do my job with this site right, you’ll leave with a better understanding of how to play various gambling games. You’ll also lose less money in the long run. And, I hope — maybe — you’ll win more money in the short run, too.
I bought ChipCage.com in December 2011. At the time, the site focused on playing arcade-style games for money. It had about 60 pages of content, but unfortunately, a lot of the content wasn’t so great. Over time, that content has grown even more obsolete.
I relaunched the site in February 2021 with several posts about the casino games offering the best odds — single deck blackjack, single zero roulette, full pay Jacks or Better, and 10X odds craps, for example.
I deleted most of the older pages on the site. And I hung on to about a dozen pages that seem to be perennially popular with the site’s readers, like the Jeopardy! questions page and the play hearts for money page.
I used to think I was going to launch a forum and a directory here.
But I don’t think that’s the direction the site is going. Instead, I’m going to focus on providing detailed guides to casino games with low odds.
And I’ll write about anything else related to gambling that seems interesting to me, too.
