Table of Contents
1 – High Limit Slots at River Spirit Tulsa Offer the Best Returns
The best slot machines and loosest slots games at River Spirit Casino Tulsa in 2022 are high limit slots. And when I say high limit slot machines, I mean high denomination slot machines.
I’ve spent a great deal of time studying slots returns to determine the loosest slots games in casinos. And the loosest slots games are almost always the machines with the highest denominations.
You need to understand the difference between denominations and total bet amount when you play slots.
A penny slot machine can cost $2 or $3 or more per spin. But you can play some high denomination slots games for $1 a spin. And the high denomination slot machine usually has a much higher return than a penny slot machine. In other words, high denomination slots games are looser than penny slot machines.
High limit slot machines have a denomination of $1 or higher. $5 denomination slot machines have an average return higher than $1 denomination slots games. And $1 slots games have a higher return than quarter denomination machines.
The tightest slot machines at River Spirit Casino and other casinos in 2022 are penny slots.
If you want to play the loosest slots at River Spirit Casino, play the games with the highest denomination your budget affords. You’re much better off betting $1 to $3 on a $1 denomination slots game than the same amount on a penny slots game.

So you have to decide what the best slot machine means for you. Are you more interested in finding the loosest slot machine or finding the slot machine that can change your life if you get lucky?

3 – Set Jackpot River Spirit Slots Games
River Spirit Casino in Tulsa also offers many slots games that have big jackpots that aren’t progressive. To understand the difference between progressive and set jackpot games at River Spirit Casino, here’s what you need to know:
A progressive jackpot slots game has a jackpot that grows with each spin. A small percentage of each bet on the game gets added to the jackpot. It might only be a penny or a dime on each spin, but the progressive jackpot keeps going up until a lucky slots player wins it.
But many slot machines have a set jackpot. And these machines can have large jackpots as well.
How much money do you need to win playing slots to change your life? Your answer might be different than mine, but even a small jackpot of $25,000 can be a big deal.
When looking for the best slot machines at River Spirit Casino, don’t overlook the set jackpot games.

5 – River Spirit VGT Red Screen Slot Machines
Like most casinos in Oklahoma, River Spirit Casino carries a lot of red screen slot machines by VGT. The reason why most casinos in Oklahoma offer red screen slots is that they’re popular.
Red screen slots are called red screen machines because when you hit the bonus spins feature the top of the screen turns red. And you can quickly add money to your balance every time the screen turns red.
You can trigger a red screen bonus round on any winning spin. And the red screen bonus round gives you up to five extra spins.
Look for red screen slot machines by VGT when you play at River Spirit Casino in Tulsa. VGT slots are owned by Aristocrat Gaming.
6 – Licensed Slot Machines like The Price Is Right
Licensed slot machines are popular, and River Spirit Casino carries all of the popular options. And while licensed slots games are popular, not all of them give you high returns.
Here are some of the most popular licensed slot machines:
- The Price Is Right
- Wheel of Fortune
- Terminator
- Monopoly
- Elvis
- Jeopardy
- Game of Thrones
I enjoy trying new licensed slot machine games as much as anyone. But I usually avoid playing licensed penny slots. Just because a slot machine has a licensed theme doesn’t mean it has a better return than other slots. In fact, a licensed slot might have a lower than average return.
So when you’re looking for a licensed slot machine at River Spirit Casino, follow the advice in the rest of this post. Look for machines with higher denominations and avoid the penny slots games.
IGT makes a lot of popular slot machine games. You can see some of their popular options here.
7 – River Spirit Casino Tulsa Video Poker Options
I’m sure you’re reading this post to find the best slot machines at River Spirit Casino Tulsa or the loosest River Spirit slots games. But if you really want to play the loosest machines, you need to try video poker games.
When looking for the loosest slot machines what you’re really looking for are the machines with the highest return to player numbers. Return to player percentage, also called RTP, shows the percentage of money wagered on the machine that gets returned to gamblers.
Loose machines return a higher percentage than tight machines. And when you consider RTP, the loosest machines at River Spirit Casino Tulsa are video poker machines, not slot machines.
The average slot machine has an RTP of 90% to 91%. The average video poker machine has an RTP of over 95%. But you also need to consider the top end of the RTP range for each type of electronic gaming machine.
At the top of the slot machine RTP are games paying 97% to 98%. Not many of these slot machines are available, but they exist. But at the top of the video poker RTP range, machines pay over 99% RTP.
Unlike slots games, you have to use strategy when you play video poker games to get the highest available RTP. But you can use a strategy card for popular video poker machines to make strategy easy.
If you’re willing to play a different kind of electronic gaming machine, the video poker machines at the Tulsa River Spirit Casino offer better returns than slot machine games. So pick up a set of video poker strategy cards before you play.
Conclusion
The best slot machines at River Spirit Casino are high denomination games. But the best electronic gaming options are video poker machines.
If you play slots at River Spirit Casino Tulsa, play high denomination machines. But if you don’t mind playing video poker, you’re going to find the machines are looser than the slot machines in 2022.
